Under What Condition Would The US Government Legalize Marijuana

This is the meat of any real marijuana legalization argument, but politicians are a little slow… yet it would seem that some are starting to listening. With tax bucks dipping to near record lows and seeming to plunge further every year,  many states are taking a close look at almost every possible source of income to be had, as they struggle to keep their  B.S. bureaucracies well funded and their fat cat party from ending anytime soon.

Let’s look at say … Virginia, as an example. This ultra-right wing state has barely given Medical Marijuana a thought, yet, a  Delegate —  Mr. David Englin thought to introduced a measure to fund a marijuana seed laced study to see how much cold green cash the state could cultivate by legalizing Weed and making it avalabile  only in state run medical marijuana store – sort of operated like ABC stores. Minus any mention of recommendations of prescription, it seems that most locals were  more than a little vexed, left wondering — would this be a purely money / recreational thing? While the bill never took root,  it’s a clear sign of change.
